If you are the winner of a monthly round and you have not provided
an email address upon registration, the next person in line wins.
The monthly winner is chosen by the amount of Skill Points.
If there is a tie, all other factors are taken into account (Money,
Gangsters, etc)
Of course cheating is not allowed. If you are accused of cheating,
your account will be deleted.
There are Moderator users that play and make sure
everything is working and no one is cheating. One of which is Don ADMIN Johnson,
the owner of the game. The Moderators will not be allowed to win even if they're the monthly leader.
